Outdoor Activities In Johannesburg
Visit a tree overlooking the scenic golf course on one of four obstacle courses. Children aged 3 to 6 can be taken to the Acro-branch course. This course offers 11 obstacles, including 3 thrilling zip lines. The course is supervised by expert staff and children are properly trained before embarking on their adventure.
Three Top Outdoor Activities Near Randburg
Courses for adults are designed for different fitness levels. Thee Swinging Tarzan is a moderate course that includes zip lines, bridges, monkey bridges, Tarzan jumps and other activities to challenge you. A high-flying course is recommended for older children and brave adults. Each participant is provided with a harness and friendly guides are there to guide you through the process, ensuring your safety at all times. It’s the perfect outdoor activity for school trips, birthdays, bachelorette parties, or team building events.
Pedal-powered go-karts are always a hit with the youth. These go-karts are only available on weekends and are a great activity to burn off some pent-up energy. Pedal karts can be found at the new Acro-track near Acrobranch Linksfield in Johannesburg.
Acrobranch parties are always a hit as they offer a great dose of adventure, a good dose of fun challenges and bonding times outside of the normal workplace or school environment. After your adventure in the trees, you can sit your friends down and pick up your birthday cake or party pack. If you wish to bring your own food, reserve a table in the park for an additional fee of R250 for 3 hours.
Enjoy scenic views while jogging or walking the dog in Huddle Park. They offer +-10km of trails to enjoy until sunset. Kids can enjoy the 2.5 km and/or 5 km trails. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Day visitors can get a day pass and if you return often, you can consider an unlimited membership pass.
