The most famous place to stay in Arctic Snow is, of course, the Snow Hotel. However, there are also many other options. For example, guests can enjoy sleeping in a glass igloo and gaze up at the stars as they crackle.
There are also flexible frozen rooms in the hotel itself, with frozen beds and iced furniture. There is also a snow sauna, a regular sauna, and even an outdoor jacuzzi. Lake Lehtojärvi lies near the town, so guests can try ice fishing or snowshoe around its shores.

This is our world today. Inspired by sugar consumption, the trio behind the series chose a discus-shaped Non Stop candy to represent the concept. The soft rounded shapes are repeated in a structural installation throughout the room, assembled to create a dynamic energy and experience for you. “Today you will find huge candy stores filled from floor to ceiling with candies, expressed as cascades of colors and shapes in every imaginable form. We wanted to create a strong spatial experience; sweet and pleasant sugar, but bold at the same time.” Emil Olafsson lives in Garalsburg and graduated from the Royal Institute of Art. He has been working with ice and snow with Feder Isted for 12 years. PEDER ISTAD is a Norwegian artist living in Bohuslan. He works with a variety of expressions and materials focusing on stone, snow and ice sculpture in public spaces. OSKAR GUSTAFSSON lives in Gothenburg.
