The most famous place to stay in Arctic Snow is, of course, the Snow Hotel. However, there are also many other options. For example, guests can enjoy sleeping in a glass igloo and gaze up at the stars as they crackle.

There are also flexible frozen rooms in the hotel itself, with frozen beds and iced furniture. There is also a snow sauna, a regular sauna, and even an outdoor jacuzzi. Lake Lehtojärvi lies near the town, so guests can try ice fishing or snowshoe around its shores.

Established in 1989, this is the first ice hotel, where the phenomenon began. Like Hotel de Glace, the original hotel in Sweden is reborn every year with a new theme and new rooms. Every year artists come to the hotel to redesign each of their rooms so that no stay is the same.

That’s the Ice Hotel’s main selling point, but the quiet is also a pretty good thing.

The Flow series reflects the state of mind of being immersed in a sense of energetic focus. The bed represents the harmonious feelings, the rectangles on the wall are the release of the soul and the water next to the bed is a link to the idea. Next to the bed you will find a statue, which symbolizes the feeling of taking off that we get when we enter the flow. The artist Francisco Cortes Zamudio dedicates his work to a close friend who is no longer with us. “To my friend Stan.” __________________________________________________________ FRANCISCO CORTÉS ZAMUDIO is an artist based in Berlin. The soft rounded shapes are repeated in a structural installation throughout the room, assembled to create a dynamic energy and experience for you. “Today you will find huge candy stores filled from floor to ceiling with candies, expressed as cascades of colors and shapes in every imaginable form.
