Adare Manor has 104 bedrooms, 42 of which are in the new wing, connected to the original building by columns. All have king or super-king beds and views of the Maigu River, championship golf course, or expansive gardens. Bed and breakfast rates start at €325 per room and rise to €1,995 for the Lady Caroline Dunraven Suite.
The expansion project also includes a new ballroom that can seat 350 guests The hotel’s main dining room is the Oak Room Restaurant, where Michael Tweedy of Ballyfin Demesne is head chef. Afternoon tea and breakfast are served in the gallery, the second longest room in Ireland after the Long Room at Trinity College.
The hotel has the only La Mer spa in the British Isles and a relaxing atmosphere with a terrace overlooking the river. Activities on offer include golf, trout fishing, falconry, archery and clay pigeon shooting.
