We’ve visited many playgrounds in many cities across Canada, and several of our all-time favorites are located in Langley. Here are five of what we think are the best playgrounds in Langley, British Columbia. And possibly the best playground in Canada!

City Park’s Dinosaur Playground is one of Langley’s most popular playgrounds. If you have a little dinosaur lover in the family, this dinosaur-themed playground in Langley is a must-see!

Willoughby Park has one of the best playgrounds for toddlers and older kids in Langley. The playground is fenced and has many amazing features for all ages.

Bc Rivers Day Marked In Langley At Unique Garden Setting

☀️ The playground is fenced almost everywhere. There is a small opening facing away from the parking lot

☀️There is a set of steps to climb up the tall rotating slide, so even very small children can get up independently

☀️The rotating slide is high but not too fast, which is exciting and safe for young children

Brydon Park is an amazing little community playground with a super unique feature: roller coaster swings! Of all the playgrounds we’ve visited in Canada, we’ve never seen this feature anywhere else. Watch the video below to see it in action!

Fabulously Fun Sledding Hills

☀️ Super engaging toddler structure with mini car tracks, chip chute, mini slide and more. (This structure kept my 2 year old entertained for an hour)

Penzer Action Park is a unique parkour-themed playground. There are many unique features for toddlers, parkour beginners and those looking for a little more challenge.

This beach-themed playground in Aldergrove is definitely one of the best in the Langley area. A giant climbing tower makes this park especially suitable for older kids. Not much for toddlers to do here, but it’s fenced in which makes it a great place for them to run around while older siblings play.

Aldergrove CUCC is also home to an amazing water park in the summer (read about it here, along with other outdoor water parks in the Vancouver area).

The Anderson Field House in Fort Eustis features strength, cardio and weight training equipment. Things To Do & See In Langley This Spring

The Langley Pier at Langley Air Force Base features boat ramps, kiosks, fish cleaning stations, snack bars, and more. Boat storage is also provided.

Bethel Recreation Area and FamCamp are located 4 miles south of JBLE. The park is located on a historic Civil War battlefield and features a 2-mile long lake. Amenities include a boat house, boat launch ramp, fishing pier, gazebo, grills, playground, 25 RV sites, primitive campsites, and bathrooms. Boats, canoes and kayaks are available for rent.
